   There was an outfit in 1986 under the name "Dresden China". They were playing pop rock. Technically excellent, the band used guitars, piano, keyboards, effects...Fairly short, nice and moving songs. As their names suggest, Dresden China was an international project, based in Germany  and in conjunction with Mary Susan Applegate, the lyrist.
Does anybody know more about the members and, namely, the COMPOSERS than the article below could cover? There is no other info where to search the/their songs like that.
