Dälek for Krautrock/Prog Related?

Dälek is an experimental Hip-Hop group from Newark NJ but to call them just Hip-Hop severely undermines them, the band has influences from Krautrock, Post Rock, Drone, Noise, Shoegaze and Raga and has even collaborated with the band Faust and Adam Jones and have even opened for TOOL, Melvin's Godflesh, Mastodon and meany more notable acts and are even on Mike Pattons label

So the band is pretty close to Prog and Prog related acts and on the definition of the Prog Related tag two of the factors are Influenced by Prog and Common Sense and Dälek seems very well influenced by music outside of hip hop, but what do y'all think?
