These are all the regular #7's both bands ever released (promos and EP's excluded). I'm just fascinated that these actually exist - and some of them would have been so cool to actually own. What would be your pick?

Considering only the VdGG tracks, and assuming that they are the same as the album version, that is a tough choice. Some of my favourite tracks are paired with tracks that are of little interest to me. I think the optimal choice is Masks - Part. 1 & 2.

For me, as the Refugees single version is differnt to the version on the album, and that the B-side is a non album track (one which I also happen to love), it's: Refugees, B: The Boat Of A Million Years. Both are of course easy to get a hold as bonus tracks on The Least We... remastered CD. But I just think records - or vinyl if you will, are something special.

If it was one poll option from VdGG and one poll option from GG...
From VdGG: Refugees / The Boat of a Million Years From GG: The Advent of Panurge / Prologue I went with VdGG as I turn to VdGG a lot more than GG now but that is an awesome GG duo. |

I'm in the mood for Mountain Time. Now to find a roll big enough to fit a mountain in. I'll need more mustard.

Of the individual tracks listed, my favourite is The Boat of Millions of Years. I first got this track on the compilation album I Prophesy Disaster, then much later on the remastered version of The Least We Can Do Is Wave to Each Other. Most of my VdGG CDs are fairly recent purchases, so I have the bonus tracks that came with them. Unfortunately, my purchase of H to He, Who am the Only One was one of my earliest CD purchases, so I didn't get the bonus tracks that are on the more recent versions of that CD. |

Phil Shulman said I could only vote for the Giant, so I picked one of them.

Playing The Game ws my entry into GG altough I'm not a great fan tbh. I like VDGG more but they are not a 'singles' band and suprised they would even have put anything out in that regards. Their version of George Martin's Theme One was used as the theme music for Tommy Vance's Friday Rock Show that ran from 1979 on BBC Radio (UK only).
