Hi to all the prog fans around the world, on all ages.
I went across this musical genre by chance, when one of my sisters brought a package of about 20 CDs from a USA distributor to a friend. That was somewhere in the beginning of the 90's. Untill now I used to listen to Traffic, Pink Floyd, Tears for Fears, and some radio stuff. It was an unforgettable experience to know Isildurs Bane, Le Orme, Nuova Era and others.
From that point to here, the feeling is that I became more mature about the way I listen to music, and my actual phase includes listening to 90% of prog and 10% of pop or pop-prog outfits, such as Steely Dan, Field Music, Lake (the german group), Stevie Wonder and some others. I had other phases, that included jazz, classical music, and new age.
It's been many years, at least since 2010, that I use PA as a source to research or just to complete my informations of the albums I hear.
I don't have any commercial relation to music, psychologist is my profession. Lately, I've had a little more spare time on my work, and as a dad (the two girls are growing and becoming more independent), and I started to use it a bit to review some albums on PA. I've started to try to add to the site some brazilian albums that I have. On this task, I made some mistakes on the beginning, but seems that now I'm getting closer to do it right.
Happy to contribute.
Ary Fialho de Menezes.

Welcome to you.  Brazil is indeed one the great prog nations.
