Hello,
VENUS PRINCIPLE is the new project of 6 Anglo-Swedish who have dragged their instruments in various other groups and born in 2019; classic rock, dark and atmospheric rock, stoner post-rock, decadent doom rock and musical anthems from which the purity of light drips nauseatingly. The ideal oxymoron transforming this new art-rock, combining melodies and deep therapeutic introspection; dark beauty, ethereal darkness. VENUS PRINCIPLE is somewhere the metallic resurgence of ANATHEMA and one of the sequels of CRIPPLED BLACK PHOENIX, a stoner group steeped in psychic period PINK FLOYD. A group with members of AT THE GATE and ISON

Hello I ask if it would be possible to add this group to your database, without order, I simply ask, maybe my message (translated from French) is not well translated? that's all, thank you in advance if you find that it can fit in the Prog Archives site! alan.

No teams will 'touch" this suggestion thread until a subgenre is suggested.
I will listen a bit later, maybe figure this out.

listening link

Whoever has some time for a listen, please help, what subgenre can we have this suggested for? Confused

I'd say heavy-prog, if they think they're not a good fit, move them to crossover

^I concur. It sounds like a mix of heavy prog, post-metal, and crossover to me. If heavy prog doesn't accept them, then move to crossover. I don't have any problems with them being in crossover.

Right, so the heavy-prog team should look into them first. Geek

I will listen to this this weekend when I can use my headphone...
