10 albums from the second bands' poll
I intentionally did not put the famous Green Carnation one song album, probably would have been the easy winner.

I can and will post songs from these albums if you want me to. Tongue

Possibly my least favourite GC album, so while I voted for them in the artist version of this poll, in the album version, I’m going for Myrath.

Ark - Burn the Sun, of course...

Myrath? I'm massively a deviant when it comes to the general consensus regarding them. I discovered their music immediately after they released their first album Hope. Very much Symphony X alike, but not too much "methought". An exhilerating album for me. The rest of their discography has been boring as hell for me. Mid-tempo borefest... Too sterile and uninterestingly "perfect" too.

Also, Mind's Eye's debut is just my cup of tea: Perfectly and mesmerizingly reflecting the '90s' prog metal sound that I love. If it weren't for a masterpiece like Burn the Sun, I'd definitely have chosen it.

I love OSI~Blood, but not enough metal for me to truly call it prog/metal.........I chose Circus Maximus~1st Chapter, excellent stuff!!

Honorable mention for me would be Mind Key both Journey Of A Rough Diamond and Pulse For A Graveheart, both really really good stuff.

These polls keep reminding me how little Prog Metal I have, I need to explore a bit.

with the risk of sounding rude and arrogant - you've got some listening to do. Big smile
