Not surprising. If I'm not wrong, they both were the same subgenre aeons ago.

Canterbury - Caravan debut
Crossover - Supertramp Crime of the Century
Ecletic - King Crimson Larks' Tongues In Aspic
Heavy Prog - Rush A Farewell To Kings
Neo-Prog - Marillion Script For A Jester's Tear
Prog Folk - Jethro Tull Aqualung
Prog Metal - Dream Theater Images and Words
Psychedelic Rock - Pink Floyd Animals
Symphonic Rock - ELP debut

Obviously only the ones I'm familiar with. Still got much to listen to.

Not for rent. To any God or government.

You're right. Years ago, Crossover, Eclectic and Heavy were gathered under the label Art Rock.

Based on where PA puts them and with little bearing on whether or not they actually belong there, my favourites (so far)

Canterbury - Zopp (Zopp)
Crossover - Ones and Zeros Vol.1 (3RDegree)
Eclectic - Of Things That Never Were (Worm Ouroboros)
Experimental/Post Metal - Judgement (Anathema)
Heavy - Fear of a Blank Planet (Porcupine Tree)
Indo/Raga - Not found anything I've enjoyed fully, but i did give 3 stars to Mixtus Orbis (Clivage)
Jazz - Sonicbloom: Time Control (Hiromi Uehara)
Krautrock - Phallus Dei (Amon Duul II)
Neo-Prog - Clutching at Straws (Marillion)
Post/Math - Small Years (Ana Never)
Prog Folk - Aqualung (Jethro Tull)
Prog Electronic - Spiral Meditations (Steve Roach)
Prog Metal - Metropolis Part 2, Scenes from a Memory (Dream Theater)
Psych/Space - I'm In Your Mind Fuzz (King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard)
RIO/Avant - A Little Man and a House and the Whole World Window (Cardiacs)
Italiano - Did Swans Ever See God? (Submarine Silence)
Symphonic - Close to the Edge (Yes)
Tech/Extreme - Opeth (Heritage) - I know, not metal. But it's in here, and I'm not an extreme metal fan!
Zeuhl - Mathematical Mother (Universal Totem Orchestra)
