Hawkwind is the epitome of space-rock genre, but what are your 10 favourite non-Hawkwind space-rock tunes?

Mine are:

1) Steve Hillage - Lunar Musick Suite (1976)

2) Gong - A Sprinkling of Clouds (1974)

3) Krel - Transmission/ Nomad (1997)

4) Cheops - Lunar (1991)

5) Spacehead - Monolith (Part 1) (1996)

6) Soma - Being / Ghandarva / My Skin (Turns The Colour Of The Sand) (1991)

7) Mind! - Sundrun Hreyfingarlaus (2012)

8) Vespero - Tryptich: To The Falling Sun (2005)

9) Astromelia - Bajo La Sombra (2020)

10) Psychic Lemon -- White Light (2019)

Please post your faves & discuss.

I don't know about specific tracks but I enjoy Astra, Eloy, Hypnos 69, etc....when I play them.

"Ummagumma" is my second favourite Pink Floyd album ("Animals" always has been the first) and it features, in my opinion, even better version of "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun", but for me, with all due respect, it's more like German experimental psychedelia i.e. krautrock than the space-rock genre.

I'll just say the entire Nektar - Journey to the Centre of the Eye album and be done with it.

No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.
