ability to travel in time for a start... back to when this site actually cared about finding those with the passion, knowledge, work ethic, thick skin, and cold blooded badassery to stick a knife in someone with a smile... umm hmm..those were prerequisites to being offered such exhausted positions back then...

This is just my experience, so not sure how it works in all cases. Over time I have realized that the site is kind of split between the forums and the "content". That is, there are the forums and people who are super active on those, and then there is the content where artists are vetted and added, and albums are reviewed. I like being a collaborator rather than a reviewer because I can still review albums but I can also work on artist additions, bio updates, and other things qwhen I don't feel like reviewing or have a case of writer's block |
