yeah.. what about my freedom of speech and all my hidden/deleted posts telling the (classic) admin team they were bunch of old farts who wouldn't know progressive if it bit them on the ass.

hah...

not to mention all of my hidden posts telling Raff what I was going to do to her the next time I saw her..

or all my hidden posts to Ivan telling him what I was going to do to HIM the first time I saw him.

Freedom of Speech? pfffff....

There are plenty of other banal threads where one can make trite, oft- time indecipherable statements on subjects that usually have nothing whatsoever to do with prog. In fact, you can make up your own in the "Just for Fun" section where such things belong.

I've never seen a thread deleted unless posters were acting like complete tw*ts. Again, the subject of the thread and the few posts I saw early on had absolutely nothing to do with music (the primary purpose of this forum last time I checked); in addition, the thread and its meandering, non-musical, nonsensical subject matter belonged in the "Just for Fun" section.
 
 
 
So, I have to assume that a) people were behaving like tw*ts, and b) in any case, it was in the wrong section.
 
 
 
I am wondering why you are so upset over an inconsequential thread. And it was inconsequential.

I have no idea what you're talking about and that's not sarcasm. We (the admins) don't typically just hide threads, unless they become troll stomping ground, and usually we'll just hide the troll posts.
