The music on the album has been written over the course of the months leading up to its eventual release and was recorded and mixed over the weeks leading up to its release. 

The title track "Sweet Sick Syndrome" is written in 7 parts and split into two tracks that bookend the album with the remaining compositions filling the space in between.
Sam Morgan - Vocals, Guitar, 12 String Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums (Programmed), Mandolin, Organ, Piano, Keyboards, Additional Synthesized Instruments (Saxophone, flute etc.)
