This is not abuse, but since I couldn't start a thread in the errors & omissions subforum, I'll do it here. Information about the remix was added on the page for the original Vapor Trails, but now it has been added as a separate entry.


I see why it makes sense to have it listed separately, but I would guess that it goes against the site rules, since it's still very much the same album. There are no entries for all the Steven Wilson Remakes Prog series albums after all, and they came with a bunch of bonuses. Aren't all remasters and remixes to be included in the releases information field of the original releases?

I completely agree it should not be a separate entry. I'll update 2002 album page and will ask admins to delete this "new" album.

A note for future: you don't need to "start a thread in the errors & omissions subforum", there are existing threads covering such cases:

Yea weren't the remastered Henry Cow removed as separate entries too?

Yup, that was a nasty fiasco but remasters/remixes don't get their own entry,
