A collaborator is someone who contributes positively to the functioning of the site, whether in the form of one of the genre teams who evaluate and add bands to the actual site, or the "errors and omissions" team who fill in all the holes in the database, or have contributed to the general functioning and structure of the site.

Prog reviewers are reviewers just like other members of the site but have been recognized for numerous quality constructive reviews across a spectrum of styles.

A prog reviewer is a member who contributes to this site by writing and posting a great number of great reviews.  You become one by doing this for some time.

A collaborator is someone who evaluates bands and writes biographies.  You become one by writing biographies for bands that need them, getting to know other collaborators, and making quality suggestions regarding bands that belong here.
