MALS Records

Russian label MALS Records was formed towards the end of 2003, at first signing and releasing albums by Russian bands. Soon their vision was expanded though, and they now aim to issue and reissue productions from artists both in and outside of Russia, covering all aspects of what is commonly described as progressive rock alongside experimental music venturing beyond common genre limits.

At the time of writing, this label has supplied the Russian market with close to 400 titles.

While we have worked with MALS in the past, the following titles are either out of license or were never licensed and we'd appreciate if no one were to buy these illegal copies.

I don't believe MALS releases illegal copies. The label has a good reputation and makes its best to promote obscure Russian and foreign prog artists. I know it's more about music, not about money.

I am proud to say that MALS licensed three of our titles for release in Russia!  It's the only time I've been "signed"!  Yippee!
