Greetings, Here is an all-instrumental prog band based in eastern Pennsylvania/ the Philadelphia area. They're a 4-pc. with much combined experience, and will be releasing a full-length CD in the Spring:

Dan Pluta - keys What I've heard so far sounds very good indeed. If we had some full samples for the teams to use for evaluation, I reckon this band would be a dead cert for addition to the site.

We actually did send a copy of the full disc to Tom Gagliardi; is there some other address I should follow up to?
Thanks - Phil, Carpe Nota |

Not sure if Tom has a username on here - he probably does, but I'm not familiar with it. The best place to start if you want your stuff evaluated is to send a link to some mp3 samples of the album to Andy Webb, who pre-evaluates all the new bands and artists suggested on here. He would then pass the link on to the members of the sub genre team who he thought was most appropriate, and they would then check it out (and hopefully add you to the site). Just send a private message to Andy with the link included, and he will do the rest.

Noted, Phil now that you officially have released a full-fledged album you're not unsigned anymore regarding our policy
the samples sound promising, prog music in any case, I will forward a submission to the heavy prog team ... |

Hello there. I'm a bit inclined to point this band to the Neo Prog team. There a lot of heavy, but there's also a lot of synths and Neo tricks. Sometimes it is even Crossover (but not enough). |

There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"

I heard this album online, and then ordered it straight away it - or rather, it's waiting in my latest batch of stuff that I have to finalise with Greg Walker and Syn-phonic Records!
It's a terrific album, very addictive, the tracks go in all sorts of directions! Endless killer guitar and keyboard solos, never too heavy as to actually be full metal, but the album has a real kick to it! At the same time it's also very melodic, accessible and easy to get in to. Great effort from this band! I'll likely submit a very positive review for it once it's up on the archives. |

( Note to High Voltage Festival organizers - any way you could advance us our hotel/airfare?!! ) -Phil |
