Syd Arthur for Canterbury?

Looked in the search section and saw that they have not been suggested yet.  I discovered them recently through Classic Rock Magazine's Track of the day and they claim these guys could be considered a successor to the Canterbury bands (if someone thinks they fit elsewhere if at all tell me if they do, crossover or fusion might fit).

There's something of Caravan that's the border of Canterbury. Between the samples the most convincing track is "Pulse". I'd go for neo-prog in case. 

I heard a slight progressive twinge, but I can't hear any dominating Canterbury or really even Crossover vibe.

Been listening to Canterbury for 25 years, Heard First Difference and thought that's a Caravan song I haven't heard, I can't think of a more quintessentially Canterbury sound in the last 10 years. It's not 1970s well go figure it's not the 1970s any more . It's a barren argument to apply 1970s criteria to 2010s. How could a band be progressive if they have to fit into a 70s mould? That's simply irrational.
