 Where can I write an application in order to become a sub-genre's team member?

Because I don't see something like that here.

Sub-genre team membership is (normally) by request not by application. However, if you give some indication as to which team (or teams) you are interested in then we can look to see of a) you are suitable; b) if we have a vacancy and c) whether the team wants you.

Several ways. You can PM one of the Admin team or you can contact the team leader of whatever teams you are interested in. However, unless they know you from forum activity it is unlikely they will ask you to join a team.
 
Also, we are not adding to the Prog Metal team at the moment, so if that was the team you were interested in joining you are a little too late.

No,I'm interested for 3 teams.Extreme prog metal and post metal team.Also I interest  for post rock team.But because there are already two members in those teams, I don't think that they need another one.

All metal subgenres are handled by the Prog Metal Team, so sorry, we are not looking for volunteers in Tech/Extreme Metal or Exp/Post Metal. The Post Rock team could possibly do with some help - you'll have to ask one of the SCs on that team (harmonium.ro, angelmk or snobb).
