If I remember right, that shift doesn't actually affect Western astrology, but even if it did I wouldn't care because I think astrology's a pile of steaming diarrhea.

Yeah yeah yeah. What if I go to other hemisphere smart guy?
Really? Suddenly everything makes sense: "Poet, musician or artist,
if you have Pisces as your Rising Sign you will need
some sort of outlet for your creativity. People may
find you enchantingly mysterious, and you can escape
into a world of your own when things get tough. You
gain insight through your hunches and intuition rather
than logic, may even be psychic, and so long as you
don't drift aimlessly and let others take advantage
of you, you might make a great contribution to helping
or rescuing other people."
I loyally read the Astrology section in my local paper like I read the comics.

I, like most people who grew up during the Age of Aquarius, am in deep denial about the whole thing and will be content to wallow in lazy ignorance as if nothing happened. Hell, in the 70s "what's your sign?" was a standard greeting, a template for understanding yourself and everyone else, and an excuse to purchase a colorful biorhythmic star chart of where your life would surely be headed.

I'm a Cancer. My grandmother is a Cancer. A friend of mine is also a Cancer. I can hardly see the common points between our psychologies. So, this Zodiac Sign Change... (hey, nice name for a band!)...

I've been a crab all of my life and now it is saying I am really a Gemini? This is devastating news. I think I am going to go jump off of a tall building.

Or you could plunge into boiling water. I'll be waiting with melted butter.
