Does anyone know if these DT releases were ever actually on CD, or are they just downloads:

Wither EP
Forsaken EP
Blood & Metal: God of War Soundtrack
 
Been trying to get them but have never been able to find them anywhere, maybe they're only on iTunes or something.

No idea. I don't feel the need to explore everything DT, because I've been too busy listening to Train of Thought and Bridge Across Forever (drummer is Mike Portnoy) these couple of months.

You can get all of them on MP3 download with Amazon, but I can't find any CD's for them anywhere either.
