Fäänä, formerly known as the lead vocalist Tero "Fäänä" Väänänen of the progband Discordia, has gone solo and published his first CD EP called Pathétique. The music could be described as eclectic progressive rock.

Pathétique was made whilst Fäänä still was a member of Discordia, and so the EP is consciously built very differently in order to create great contrast. Riikka Hänninen (another ex-discordian lead vocalist) will join Fäänä in his next long play album.
