   I have the DTS DVD version of Porcupine Tree's Deadwing which features
three bonus tracks not available on the CD version (Revenant, Mother
& Child Divided, Half-Light), and I want to get them on my
computer. Does anyone know how to rip these kinds of discs? Obviously
it's not read by something like iTunes, and trying to go into the disc
itself to fish out the tracks is difficult because the files aren't
named... or music files for that matter.

Help would be appreciated!
