Dream Theater's SFAM and SG just shot right ot the top of the charts. Am I alone in thinking that these DO NOT deserve to be above the legendary albums of prog? Or do I need to embrace the change?

SFAM has a 4.83 after nearly 500 ratings, so it's feasible. However, despite my grewat love for Dt and Camel, the were where they should have been, very high but not the pinnacle of progressive music.

I'm personally not a fan of either; I dislike prog metal and I find Camel to be incredibly boring. But apparently a lot of people like them, so it doesn't surprise me to find DT and Camel in the top albums at the site.
But don't take the top albums too seriously; they're often inflated with false reviews and ratings. Besides, YOUR tastes are the only ones that really affect you anyway. |

Wahey! about time too! i dont really like dream theatre. infact i think dream theatre are an awful band and i despise their music, almost as much as i despise rush. but not as much as i despise sky, yet thats another story for another day. But to have the Snow Goose ahead of all the so called 'master pieces'? excellent stuff.

Whew ! As much as I like Camel and admire some of DT's work - they are not the number one groups of Prog. Bug's in the software are mean't to keep us all on our toes !

Okay guys, dont freak out. Bob stated on another thread that this is just a bug. Anybody remember two days ago when Mr. Morse's "?" had a 4.92 rating? Exactly.
And don't worry Micky, sooner or later DT will be back bottom feeding the lower 500-s ahahahaha

thanks.. I needed that hahahhah I have my doubts as to a bug.. you young whippersnappers have finally tired of the AR duos incessant attacks on DT.. this is the computer geeks revenge.. though I'm surprised it wasn't a Rush album. Of all the albums to be on top.. a Dream Theater album.. that is too fishy for me. Edited by micky - March 08 2007 at 21:04 |

Good point, Snow Goose and ? could be bugs, but I suggest we wait for Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son and Zeppelin IV to shoot up until we take action

No computer bug or |-|4><012 could EVER get a Residents album even NEAR the top 100. The server would just burst into flame.
