This list is a little tougher than the others becasue there is so much talent here.  Others that follow closely
 
Maria Carey (who probaably has the best voice technically then all)
Patti Austin (gifted)
Whitney Houston (raw and powerful talent B.B. (B.B. - before Bobby LOL))
