Who did Arjen Lucassen wish to thank?

Our very own Erik Neuteboom.  (At least I think it's ours.  How common is that name?)

The more you read, and uncover things, you will find that Erik is very well connected. That's what makes him a valuable resource around here (especially when I get stuck ).
