I'm not completely new to prog, or progarchives, but I figured I might as well introduce myself and things.

Although prog is not my favorite genre, when it comes to it: I like prog metal mostly, i.e. Opeth, Dream Theater, Tool, Ayreon, Symphony X, a little Adagio, some Into Eternity, Iron Maiden, prog related thrash stuff like Megadeth..

I also like some early prog rock bands like Zappa, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Yes, ELP..

But I'll give anything a try.  I am particularly fond of metal, in any sort from hardcore, to prog, to grindcore, to thrash, to doom, to speed...you name the kind of metal, I like it.
