Great potential news:

the Swiss band Circus is re-uniting for a new album. this will be the original line-up of Cerletti, Hauser, Greider and Frei

The new album "could" come out on Galileo records (also Swiss) , this is coming from Patrick Becker of Galileo : http://www.galileo-records.com

Apparently Patrick contacted Cerletti to see if his label could re-issue the Circus albums.

This should be coming of age this fall.

Anybody heard of CIRCUS

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

So all the fuss about Genesis reuniting was only a smoke screen to cover the Circus reunion, eh?

Kidding. Great news. I love Movin' On.

Good heavens! I spent most of the morning listening to Circus to pick out tracks for a personal best of compilation - a sad little hobby of mine, that - and thinking about just what a unique, interesting and supremely listenable sound they had. This is extraordinary and highly welcome news. Big smile
