Yeah, it's 18ºF in Kansas City now. We've already had one foot of snow and it's going to snow for 8 more hours.

While I would not describe either song as Prog, Jimi Hendrix' "The Wind Cries Mary" immediately comes to mind, as well as Kansas' "Dust in the Wind". And David Bowie with "When the Wind Blows".

Shine On You Crazy Diamond Part VI

I'm in this section of Pennsylvania that has all these ridges, so it sometimes gets pretty windy between them. Moreso in the winter than other seasons. Trees really, really help, but good luck if you're at the supermarket parking lot or pumping gas!
