Open the Door is my favorite Hodson solo album, although there haven't been many...one half of one of the great writing teams in contemporary music, IMO...

I don't like Genesis, never been a fan of PG, but my vote goes to OVO, an album that for some strange reason I really like.
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Orford made 2 great solo albums and Classical Music and Popular Songs was his first. I remember being on the Greg Lake forum (basically for ELP fans) at the time and couldn't get anyone interested in it which saddened me. Such a shame that Martin got frustrated it seemed with the music business and decided to retire after his second album (The Old Road).

BTW the Steve Hackett Sketches of Satie album may not strictly qualify as 'solo' as it was a joint collaboration with his brother John. Rather lovely album all the same.
