The and x 5 is an old one and has a few variants:

So the owner of The Coach and Horses pub was making a request of the signwriter and said - Regarding the spaces between "Coach" and "and" and "and" and Horses, please don't make them too wide, like it was on the old sign, because that looked terrible.

I've written a couple of correct sentences with then x 4, just for fun for my students.

There is also the classic had x 4, with variants - "Whereas Peter in his essay had correctly used had had, had had in David's essay was incorrect and should have been have had"

But I once saw a homonym sentence with where, were and wear about 4 or 5 times but I can't remember it. There is an easy 3 though "Where were Ware, Jones and Davis at 2 o'clock?"

And I realise that some northern accents in UK do not pronounce where and were in the same way.

Also, if you're ever in Northern Ireland, where I've been a few times, you will quickly notice that hour, are and our are all pronounced exactly the same.

Isn't there a two missing from that? In either the first or second in order to make them different values. But what a great one seven in a row.

P.S. For clarification, in case the notion was overlooked, these are five types of ‘with’, all with a different meaning. To do an activity in concert with someone (e.g. dancing with someone) is comitative, but to use something as a tool (e.g. opening a door with a key) is instrumental. Not only are all the ‘withs’ in the sentence different, they are limited to that specified order.
