First that jumps to mind is Camel's Summer Lightning. Of course, the track hosts before anything an incredible and super melodious guitar solo (from the 2nd half ot the song), but the piano is just as essential to the track.
Mike Oldfield's Tubular bells is an obvious one, but...it's an obvious one...
Hmm... But I struggle to find another track where the piano would play an obvious role. None other comes to mind right now. Usually, the keyboard is just one element among others that together forms a great piece. - It's not the same as the guitar...
In IQ and Pendragon, the keyboard usually plays a major role, but I can't really point out to one track in particular.
(I'm super far from a music expert, so I use piano and keyboards interchangeably, sorry)

What comes to mind is the stirring piano intro work courtesy of Juergen Fritz on Triumvirat's Mister Ten Percent suite, side two of their album Illusions On A Double Dimple, recorded in 1973 and released in the spring of 74. There are other sections of that album that have beautiful piano in them, also.
