From this list? Hillage, hands down, followed not too closely by Hawkwind. The Eno only has a few standout songs for me.

It was hard to pass over Bundles and Fish Rising but I went with Nightingales.

Hillage's debut remains his best and Hawkwind delivered a great album. 1975 was probably the last of the golden era of prog and to this list I would add 'IPOL' by Henry Cow and 'The Rotters Club' by the Hatfields.

Fish Rising!
|
I am currently digging:
Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz!
Please drop me a message with album suggestions.
