For lack of Peter's pics (or did I miss something), here's one that shows how our vacation was interrupted after only 5 hours - just north of Paris....




Our car decided to take a little vacation for itself - one of the engine supports came off, resulting in a lot of noise and the engine dropping some 15 centimeters on one side. It's been send home on a truck, and we got a BMW 320 Touring to continue our trip. I can assure that I'll be glad to have my giant Skoda back tomorrow. We could barely fit our stuff in the BMW, which is twice as expensive to buy but not in the least double to fun to drive.

Further - in response to your post: in two weeks, I have to turn in my company car (the one that will be returned to me tomorrow), and get my own. One of the drawbacks of starting my own company, but based on experiences over the past 3 years, I reckon I'll just get another Skoda. Nothing against Toyota, though.

And of course - we agree on many, many things, but we don't agree completely yet. So far, we agree that my English grammar is crap, Canada is a great country and Prog makes our day. What's next - apart from being lookalikes according to James?

It's pretty straight forward, there are soem fun little things on there also (simple one stop editing) I've got pictures on my bucket that have sat there quite happily for about 5 years!
