Damn you.
You neo-geeks are never any fun |
"Neo-geek" eh? I don't only listen to Neo. In fact, I just might be more open-minded than SOME PEOPLE because I listen to Neo in addition to all sorts o' prog .

Ah, but you don't like jazz fusion, do you? And hey, I like a lot of neo, don't kid yourself, buddy.

Just kidding, k?
OK, really if you don't like prog-metal, that limits you Neo-liking probabilities a lot. I'd say try Marillion or IQ, but probably not Arena. Maybe Saens.
Oh, and i do like some jazz-fusion (Maneige, Brand X samples), but all I've really disliked was Mahavishnu Orchestra. Good musicianship, but the tones were most unpleasant.

We love you, Stonie; we know you were kidding. Your n00bish neo-fanboism easily tells us when you're kidding.

Alright, I'll check out some Marillion, but if I hate it then I get to duct tape headphones to your ears and blare Frank Zappa and Captian Beefheart albums one after another until you either die or cut your ears off.
Sounds like a plan eh?

Sure. I've got a good number of Zappa albums and I could stand Beefheart.

It's extremely bizarre and VERY noisy! Fantômas' stuff is acessible in comparison I think it's 2 stars, but no more. It could been a lot better.

This is my attempt to draw myself in the style of the cartoon people who have been inhabiting the margins of my notebooks since the beginning of this semester. Bad image quality because this is a photo taken with my laptop's built-in camera (I don't have a scanner).

The only neo prog album I would recommend is The wake. It really has something... I can't put my finger on what it is. I like very much the efforts of IQ; and I think "The Wake" is a perfect album. "Headlong" is a wonderful song.

That is a lovely draw indeed. You should scan it and use it in a shirt or something like that. It really is a very pleasant, peaceful self portrait. I love to see people drawings.
