Force Unleashed was an excellent rental, but I'm not sure if it's worth a full $20. The sequel could definately be something amazing, although successfully building on a franchise can be hard. I can only hope that they don't replace the worst game I have ever played (the Star Destroyer sequence) with something that's just not quite as terrible.

The Star Destroyer part took me 4-5 tries the first time, and that was the only difficult part of the game. Although I do agree that unless you're a really big Star Wars fan (like me), you should probably just rent TFU.
It took me way longer than that. I must have wasted a good 20-30 minutes on that sh*t. By the end I was cursing at the TV (at 2am...).

It's all about learning to Force Grip the TIE Fighters and throwing them into the other TIE Fighters fast enough. Except you have to be really fast about it if you want to finish that scene in less than 15 minutes. Dead

Really enjoying anime is incomprehensible to me. A lot of the things he's complaining about aren't exclusive to Japan, though. He's ascribing some great significance to people speaking in catch phrases in Japanese, but that's what people everywhere do. And I'm pretty sure that everybody with a real job is pretty much obligated to go to the office parties even in the US, they just don't get piss drunk.

Yeah but from what I've heard his stuff about the corporate lifestyle in Japan is not far off. It sounds insane.

"You'll have fun... *stern face* ...this is a FUN team-building time to have FUN and strengthen the company for FUN...*fake grin* *stern face*

Maybe it's not the corporate reality, but I couldn't do it. I couldn't even do the corporate thing in America, let alone in a country where I have to fake politeness not just to customers but to goddamn everybody.

I swear to God that whole things sounds like I would be the only sane person in a sea of crazies. I'd probably end up killing myself over that sh*t, the neon glar, pop music, and cigarette smoking alone. I smoke sometimes but damn. And we have tons of Asians at Purdue and a significantly higher percentage of them smoke than everyone else, except maybe Indians.

They also love Americanos. No f**king clue why.

You know, there were always some asian guys smoking right outside my dorm.

There was a movie I read about a long time ago about a Japanese guy who was laid off but kept coming into work, but I can't find it now.

Actually, I think it is Flash that is messing up. If I try to play a game it crashes too.

IDK, how does it stand up to Firefox?

I'm using Chrome right now, and it is definitely Flash that is messing up, the plugin keeps crashing.

It's better than Firefox since stopped using the fox since it hogs up all my memory.

Chrome is absolutely sh*t on mine, Firefox is good, Safari is the only browser that consistently works on my PC though. Finished Lord Of The Flies, glad I chose to read it.

Well, technically I'm using ChromePlus. I don't really know the difference, all I know is that at some point I installed it.
