Well it’s yet another Monday morning and the start of another week, oh how the heck does the weekend go by so quickly. It’s a mystery why and how it goes. My usual thought for a Monday is “ thank f*** that I don’t have to worry about going to work” especially when it’s cold, wet and windy outside lol. I do miss the banter with the guys. Mmm than again got to be honest I don’t miss it. Especially from one guy who just didn’t get it when to STOP!!!! You’ve all meet one. I’m sure you have. Most of us wishing that we hadn’t. I’m still in my blues mode, and I think it’s not going to change anytime soon. But then again it just depends how I feel when choosing my next album. I’m in a constant state of flux with my musical listening process. It’s an absolute incredible journey experience within my own making the level of quality is imho extremely “high” and “versatile” enough that. I don’t get stale with the plethora of indifferences with the music and myself. I can go from listening to classical to slayer and then god knows what and still be in the zone. Or as. I put it that. I’m in my secret garden. Wow the latest album is already on track seven of ten. Ouch’s getting too the point where yours truly as to be thinking about the next album. Mmm maybe a Ray LaMontagne album as. I’ve not heard his music in ages. I’m actually starting to daydream along with the music how cool is that.

I know that. I’ve mentioned him before but he’s an absolute incredible musician imho.
Dom Martin is a Belfast born multi award winning singer/songwriter, inspired but not constrained by the blues. In the past 3 years he has burst onto the UK and European music scene with a unique guitar style and voice captivating the audience at every venue. Ooh that’s usual as it’s pouring rain here. D’oh there goes my outdoor plans gone up the spout so. I’ll have to do a rethink of my plans and see what else is available to do could spin some vinyl by Ravi Shankar as. I haven’t played anything by him in years. Which needs to be put right. I’ve a copy of the live album Ravi Shankar - In Hollywood, 1971 which is screaming out for a spinning. Mmm it’s sounds like a great idea but my. Better half isn’t a fan at all so. I’ll have to listen through headphones. Or listen to something else which she’ll probably like. She likes Genesis and Pink Floyd so that’s a possibility if she hasn’t already have plans for various other reasons. Like going out with her friends. I’m wish full thinking there lol.
 But I’m sure I’ll find something else to occupy my mind with.

I’m feeling a little out of sorts mostly due to my own lack of self control on my food intake as there’s a ton of foods that aren’t really healthy for me to digest but. I’m not the healthiest person when it comes to my dietary requirements. Even if and when. I know that. I shouldn’t. Well I do know one thing for sure it’s freezing cold in the house at the moment heating system hasn’t kicked in yet so. I’ll just have to freeze my assets off lol. Going into the winter months surely isn’t a good thing as the cost of living and heating goes UP! I don’t believe that anyone could change the situation that the world economy is in right now. And that’s whom ever was in government. I have heard that the Liberal Democrat’s are asking the Conservatives to call for a general election to see who the people vote for. As I’ve already said it will not matter who’s in power there’s nothing they’ll be able to fix the situation without having the funds. To implement it with. And the other parties whom aren’t in government squabbling like school children in the playground will not archive their golds by backstabbing the Tories. Most of us know the tactics of each parties tricks when it comes down to one up men ship. So basically shut the f*** up and get on with it!!!!

Well I’m glad that today is nearing completion because. I’ve been in a really rough patch since about 9am. And I’m just getting it together now. And my plans for tonight are to take a sedative to help me sleep and bring my anxiety down for tomorrow as. I’m not going through this again tomorrow as well.

Well it’s a late start for me because of the sedative that. I’d taken last night still feeling a little bit. Well let’s say it is like being stoned. But with the added benefit of having a legal opinion than the actually illegal activity alternatives. Plus it’s still making me feel sleepy so it’s probably pointless to try and convince myself to get up and go do something else other than just lay down here and fall asleep.
