Powerglide.
It didn't click with me, I prefer their self-titled one.

The vocals are really unnecessary here.

Cardiacs The Seaside album cover

Shocked  How is that one?  I haven't heard it yet.  I guess the question I want to know the answer to more though, is this: You like? Tongue

I was waiting on you to come around here and ask.  Tongue

And yes.  Me likie very much.  Approve  It was my first Cardiacs experience, and while I wasn't crazy about the eccentric vocals, the keyboard business throughout made my jaw drop.

Awesome!  I see that some of the tracks on this one were re-recorded for later albums, such as one of my favorite Cardiacs tracks, R.E.S.  I'm listening to this version on Youtube right now, there are some slight differences but it's still definitely the same track. Tongue  If you're planning to check out more Cardiacs, where are you thinking of going next?  Just going to continue on in chronological order?

No idea man.  Thought you'd help me out with that!  Wink

I got my suggested plan of Cardiacs action from David (Trouserpress), so if you'd like I could send you a PM with the basics of it.

Eh...just one other album you think I'd like (I'm not really interested in going through hardly anybody's discography since I have so many other albums/bands to get through LOL).  I'd like to hear some more of that good keyboard work though!  Smile

OK, if you want more of the good keyboard work, I'd suggest just going with the next one in the discography - A Little Man and a House and the Whole World Window.  William D. Drake is still there, still an awesome keyboard player.  I'm not sure what they all sound like on The Seaside, but it's probably a good choice.
