Daniel did indeed play with Magma and Supersister. He left Magma because he thought Vander was enough in the band.
 
And his solo albums are out of print I think, but you might get them off amazon or ebay, although pricey!

I have his first one and it does sound like UZ's "Heatwave" album. It's a bit uneven though, and it doesn't feature much actual drumming from him. Still very good!
