lol Dream Theater |
My one dream (lol pun) on this site is to have DT respected. They don't have to be liked, just respected. That is all.

I have Mei and that Jersey Tomato live album thing. | Yeah, knowing your tastes, you have the wrong stuff. As the World would probably appeal to you much more. Less symphonic, more eclectic, zanier arrangements.

I got their stuff because I heard they were all Gentle Giant and stuff, but then stuff wasn't like that. I also haven't listened to them in like three years.

Very complex vocals is the reason they got that label.
Otherwise, Echolyn has no semblance to Gentle Giant.

| Glad you like it man! I picked it up last year thinking of you.
I'm drinking my last Milwuakee's Best Ice based on my wallet's recommendation now.
Gonna sell some plasma though. So things shall improve!
Album is done except about two guitar solos and some vocals (mostly from the wife who is too busy yelling at the kids or me). God I will be glad when this one is done. It's been a pain in the ass.

| Pros and cons: I am working, but I'm listening to prog, chatting with friends, family is asleep, I'm drinking beer, etc. It's not grueling.
We are diversifying. Among my main job, teaching guitar again, my wife making cakes, me making music, and whatever else, we will make it! We've only to get through this month- next month is actually looking pretty sweet.

I'm always thinking about you, but I know you'll make it. "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Phil 4:19)

Of course, there is one Democrat with a view I can appreciate. Dick Durbin says instead of bailing out banks and businesses to stimulate the economy, forgive student loans.

My life would drastically improve if that were the case. I often have a dream that I hit the lottery or win a game show for the exact amount of my student loans. My life would feel completely rejuvenated.
