Football can f**k off and die, including handegg and rugby. I'm sick of the general nature of them.

That sounded harsh... just for a while, after the RWC.

It's not loyalty to your employer it's loyalty to thousands of fans

The loyalty implied here is more towards the "clients" though. Not leaving a football club because "we're a family" is more like not leaving your call-centre because the people you take calls from got used to you and they love you. LOL

So if you have better salary that a regular guy, you should have a different work law to abide? That's stupid.

No but going to a club you may not really want to go to and leaving a club you may enjoy playing for, purely for the money (I'm not saying he did that), is annoying.  Especially when players like that are on silly money.

He could have easily stayed where he was and not been in the slightest bit poor.

All of what you said is purely hypothetical.

Isn't football the sport when your fans suddenly spit on you when you leave for the opposite team, just because it's in fact all business?

That's true. Back in the days when I had TV the martial arts festivals from Paris-Bercy were broadcasted by the Eurosport, those were cool (and an exception to the rule).

I happen to love Test Cricket unconditionally. Being a cricket player myself, it's one of the most rewarding things you can play/observe. Even though the longest game I've ever played was 2 days, not 5.
