Pretty loud for a 15W Night Train, pure tube noise out of a 12" speaker. Helps that the garage is one huge echo chamber, which is why I'm here anyway since without those garage bands of the '60s which I had the good fortune to imitate I'm fairly certain I'd never had heard of KC or ELP or anyone else. Though no wonder I'm deaf
 and can no longer distinguish good music from bad. Regardless ya gotta love Mary Ann With the Shaky Hands, even at the hands of a very inferior guitarist. But it's the heart that counts and that beats out the rhythm.

I am a certified 60's garage band specialist though I always played keyboards, not guitar, but I watched those guys in the band enough to learn (sorta) how it's done. Regardless it does not pay all that well (about $0 per hour). You can be thankful you do not live next to me during these times when I'm unemployed as my only release is hammering on the Les Paul...I do take requests, four chords or less please. |
