I work a Kroger, which is a large grocery chain in the U.S. I'm a cashier/bagger, nothing too exciting. Although I may be likely to get a job in their finance department if I keep working there until I graduate.

A family my family knows from church invited us over, so we went and watched a movie, and then my dad and their dad talked about their jobs a lot. It was interesting though because he is an engineer.

This is too good to be true:

March 24th to March March 28th Fake Jazz Noise festival for $25 featuring KK Null among others. Also a workshop on Sunday. The website says: As a compliment to Noise Not Noise this workshop introduces participants to a heightened awareness of silence, sound and sounding. Guest leader TBA.

Plus March 27th Acid Mothers Temple, April 6th Jónsi from Sigur Rós, April 30th Red Sparowes, May 11th Johann Johannsson, May 12th Mono, May 14th f**k Buttons.

That one seems pretty awesome.  Though you'd only get like 3 songs in 3 hours maybe. LOL

I'm so excited. Would've missed the whole festival and Acid Mothers Temple if I hadn't randomly talked to the cook at work and found out that he has an awesome taste in music.
