We'll still never know... but they found a couple extra verses somewhere in the second part and added them on. I think they were on the end of a tape somewhere or something. It only extends the album by 45s

It was part of the Steven Wilson 2014 Box Set, the 'original' album wasn't on there, it was just the 'extended performance'

I've had a look, and mine is the 2003 re-issue, which apparently has an enhanced CD section which includes a video of The Story Of The Hare Who Lost His Spectacles, but as it's 20 years old, I've not been able to access it, to search for them...
