Winamp is in a symphonic prog mood today.  First the Enid, then Genesis, now this?  Thankfully at least two of three are amazing albums.

This is brilliant, we started selling our doubles collection this afternoon by putting up a note of the available albums on Facebook, and so far we've sold about 80 of them to my friends.

Yeah, I can't say I'm too madly impressed by In the Region of the Summer Stars...I'd say I'd give it like a 3 star.

I haven't checked out The Enid yet. What are they like?

Yeah, but I wouldn't say it was unpleasant for me to listen to.  Only things which are unpleasant for me to listen to are worthy of 1 or 2 stars in my personal rating system.

Boring but pleasant can either be a two or three for me- depends on a number of other issues.

I guess that's true.  In this album's case, though, it had a couple songs which stood out a bit, so it'd definitely get the three either way.

My brother came and set The Return of the King on my desk for some reason. I might watch it.

I think some people forget a three is still a good album.

That has to be awesome. I don't like watching the movie in public, especially the end. It isn't manly to bawl like a baby. LOL

For instance:

No-Man Schoolyard Ghosts album cover

Boring?  Lord yes.

Memorable?  Once in a while.

Good?  Most of the time.

Pleasant?  Definitely.

Prog?  Not on your life.
