Surprisingly, the Tull concert of the same year was good, as was the Sabbath show of '83 with Gillan.

In other news, I had a look at a flat today, one of the flatmates was German and she played bass, the other was Canadian and he played piano. Sign me the f**k up now.

sorry Matt no offense.....the encore was fun

about 10 years later saw them again.  we were about 10th row on the floor, and these guys next to us started lighting up as soon as the show started.....it was pretty fun.....but they opened with like 25 minutes of new material and these guys were getting restless......after a track ends and the applause dies.....it's dead quiet briefly you could hear a pin drop.

guy next to me cups his hand and just bellows.......PLAY SOME sh*t FROM THE 70s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lots of people started laughingLOL




guarantee you the band and half the audience heard him.....after a moment they started "And You and I"

None taken. I'd like to have seen Yes live, I could try to see them on the 20th, but I don't know if it'd be the same.
