Yeah, I started to lose interest in the Cure after this album, even though (or perhaps because) this album seemed to hit a peak that probably couldn't be equaled or surpassed. Wild Mood Swings was my last attempt before I gave up completely. I did recently buy Bloodflowers because people assured me it was good, and it is.
