Do you mean why did he do that? I don't know, you're right, it would make more sense to have disappeared the whole thing. I don't care enough to complain, it's just weird that he's the only admin who edits out already censored profanity.

Editing censored profanity doesn't really make any sense. It is like attaching a shovel to a bulldozer.
