Wow, Schaub looks lost without the run game.
Edit: Seemed to get it together a bit. Damn! A Rod has re opened beast mode. This is the Rodgers of last year, efficient and deadly. Edited by JJLehto - October 14 2012 at 22:05 |

I agree, Sanchez does not have a good supporting cast. Oh man, Gmen did an old fashion woodshed event on the 49ers.
Packers look pissed tonight and putting a hurt on the Texans, who looked human tonight.

^ Speaking of Ray Lewis he's done for the year with a tricep tear. I think Suggs is back soon but that's going to hurt. (Says the Steelers fan)

And indeed John...that (plus Webb) is a pretty big blow to that defense..which hasbt been as good as it has been.

Yeah apparently most feel Webb being out is worse than Lewis being out. I may dislike the Ravens a lot but i love to watch them play and have a lot of respect for them. Can you believe that game last night ? I'm watching baseball and then remembered it's Monday night football and flip over to see it's half time and the Chargers are killing the Broncos 24 to 0. So i flipped back and forth the rest of the night and couldn't believe what i was seeing. Rivers seems to have lost it somewhat. Remember the Chargers trying to decide between keeping Rivers or Brees ? I wonder if they'd like to make that choice over again. |

Another year of having to find something else to do during the halftime show. http://www.clickondetroit.com/entertainment/AP-source-Beyonce-set-for-Super-Bowl-halftime/-/1718940/17010356/-/b8wfdn/-/index.html

Let's face it, the only prog band that it is even fathomable they'd considered is Rush but it's not going to happen. |

Actually yeah more that. Chargers are who we thought they were! The team that fired Marty after a 14 win season just can't bear splitting with Norv though! Edited by JJLehto - October 16 2012 at 18:52 |

Change the f**king record dude. You pounding away with that over and over again is pretty annoying considering the crap your starting QB has been accused of.

Yeah probably. I mean Lewis is def the emotional core of that defense, but he is getting pretty old. Either way, bad news for them. And hah, yeah. That was quite a collapse there by the Chargers. Some terrible play there. And idk...I still like Rivers as a qb. Though they do seem to be getting rid of all his weapons. But that game was pretty damn exciting to watch. And that one gives Peyton the record for most 4th quarter comebacks in nfl history.

Name me another football player that played at such a high level for 17 years.Lewis might be getting old,but he is still a force to be reckoned with on the field.

Oh no doubt. I'm sure it will hurt I"m just not sure it will be more Webb's absence. But then again I don't know anything about backup Ravens. haha

Webb's absence hurts more.Except for Reed we have a young, relatively inexperienced secondary.

My son and i are Steelers fans but both of us love watching the Ravens play, we have a lot of respect and that includes Ray Lewis. The guy is a machine out there and i can't imagine any team not wanting him even though he's getting up there in age. A hall of famer easily.

WAAAAAH WAAAAAH
He was a great player, at one time. He's been swagger over substance for quite awhile now, doing more pre-game dancing than in-game tackling (though, he does always seems to find his way to pile up those half-tackles about 10 yards into the play). He should have retired a few years back before the defense started to crumble around him. The thing I take issue with, most, is that for the last several years everyone around football, and advertisers, have held him up as some angelic face of the league. I don't live in Baltimore so I'm not entirely sure what he did to de-scumbag himself outside of being flashy.

Lewis had a team high 14 tackles in the Cowboys game.He absolutely leveled Jones, looked like Felix hit a brick wall.Swagger over substance? The man has been the focal point and leader of the team for his whole career. We not only have had one of the most dominant defenses in the NFL,but have managed to do it year in and year out with different personnel because Lewis has been the linchpin. Most of the Ravens past and present(offense and defense)credit Ray in part for their success.Personally,I think he's not only the best linebacker to ever play the position(and yes, better than Butkus),but one of the best defensive players in the history of the game.
De-scumbag himself?Hmmm....ever since he's come here he has done nothing but give his time, effort and money to helping Maryland's underprivileged, especially children.Look up the Ray Lewis 52 Foundation. The way you feel about Lewis is the same way we here in B'more feel about your rapist QB,so we're at a stalemate I'm afraid.
