Indeed it was.

I'm pretty sure he's reviewed the other one now, though, so no lasting harm

Sorry about that. It's easy to get lost in vast Namlook's catalogue. Thanks for pointing that out.

I'll take care of that entry if there are no takers.

I just reviewed International Harvester's second output called Hemåt. This time they've shortened their name to Harvester, but it is essentially the same act. http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=15493
BUT the album is also listed here under Harvester, which in this case is filed under Indo/Raga joint:http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=30877

I think we should keep the first one(incidentally also the one I reviewedBig smile) seeing as this entry is more correct in that it reflects the past of the band - even if the name changed a tiny bit over time.

From HARVESTER bio (http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=5925): "Harvester was formed in 1967 in Stockholm by guitarist Bo Anders Persson and included cello player Ericsson and violinist Yman. They were first known because of International Harvester and Pärsson Sound who delivered colossal live sessions during the late 60s. In 1968 they changed their name for Harvester. During that period they partly abandoned their psych-out droning rock and focused their interest on traditional folk music and acoustic performances"

It seems it makes sense to have one band, INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER (HARVESTER), instead of two. But they belong to different genres.

BUMP!! Nothing's been done about this I see...

Surely we can't have a band added twice. The genre teams in question should discuss it with each other and one entry needs to go.

.. not sure about this one: Rascal Reporters - Happy Accidents is there 2x. It looks like a re-issue with added bonus tracks. Yes, the 1988 edition has just 39min of music, and the 1996 bonus tracks make a total of 1hour 15min!!! See http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=20968 and http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=20970

I personally would be inclined to remove the 1996 edition, and add the bonus tracks to the 1988 entry.

______________________

... similar situation is with 2 other listed albums of the same band: Ridin' on a Bummer
the 2005 edition has tons of music added as bonus tracks. See http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=20971 and http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=20969

... in this case, I would also be tempted to remove the 2005 edition, and add the bonus tracks to the 1984 entry.

^ Thanks. What a messy band (i.e. the guy who added albums)!

"Happy Accidents" - moved CD info to initial entry and PMd Cesar Inka to repost his review in proper page.

"Ridin´on a Bummer" (unreviewed yet) - moved CD info to initial entry and asked Easy Livin to delete duplication.

... it looks like either an album, or a band entry (plus the same album) could be deleted. Jordan Rudess - 1997 - Rudess Morgenstein Project is listed under Rudess, Jordan and under  Rudess Morgenstein Project... not sure which is better...

^ If we have  Rudess - Morgenstein as a separate entry  this one http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=29894 should be deleted.

I'll send PM to admins.

Adding Alio Die's albums I have cause at least one duplicated entry. Just spotted.

"Fissures" is listed on both Richard Rich and Alio Die pages. It's a collaboration, so we may need a new page for it.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

my mistake! It is difficult to know, what is live and what is studio! I have all their albums in "studio" on my own list... Wink

Wikipedia, and the band website do the same...
