Both, as long as the dark meat is cooked properly. Sometimes I find dark meat a bit gamey and off-putting. When cooked right it's quite good.

Both. I used to only like white meat but I've come to appreciate dark meat, that's where the juice and a lot of the flavor is.
Chicken is definitely my favorite kind of meat. <3
