Any list that places Dream Theater over Kayo Dot is inherently wrong. Wink

Also, OK Computer was 1997, not 1999.

Well, if we're including 1999 then this might help, switch The Bedlam in Goliath for Scenes from a Memory.

I took a break from my Optics final to relax with making this list; it turned out to be more difficult.

However, I think this is my top 10, can't garuntee anything about the order

1) Kayo Dot - Dowsing Anemone With Copper Tongue
2) The Dear Hunter - Act II: The Meaning Of, And All THings Regarding Misleading
3) Pain Of Salvation - Remedy Lane
4) Ulver - Perdition City
5) The Mars Volta - Frances The Mute
6) Agalloch - The Mantle
7) Man Man - Six Demon Bag
8) Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antanaes To Heaven
9) Sleepytime Gorilla Museum - Of Natural History
10 Sculptured - Embodiment: Collapsing Under The Weight Of God / Joanna Newsom - Ys

Sorry for the cop out with #10, but I really couldn't decide.
